This freestanding kitchen made with stone and copper shows a sophisticated open-flame horizontal monolith made from seamless Corinthian stone. The formal simplicity of this model makes it an integral part of the architecture more than the furniture. Conceived as a freestanding kitchen, it can be accessed from all sides.
Developed on the D90 concept, it is fitted with a regular pattern of large drawers equipped with push’n’pull closing mechanisms. The benchtop is made from burnished copper and is equipped with an electrically powered sliding mechanism. The overturned L-shaped frame rests like a bridge on the stone top and slides to create a practical support for two or four dining companions, giving the kitchen compositional continuity.
The sink is made from Corinthian stone while the stainless steel stovetop is built flush into the benchtop.
